  • We strive to ensure continuous availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the information provided in your CV documents.

  • You certify that all information entered is true, accurate, and does not misrepresent your identity or professional history.
  • You retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights to the content you create. We claim no ownership over your resume data.
  • You agree not to use the service to create fraudulent documents, impersonate others, or generate unlawful content.

4. AI Features & No Guarantee

Our service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to provide recommendations, text generation, and structural analysis.

  • We do not guarantee and make no promises that using our service or AI suggestions will result in securing employment, passing ATS filters, or achieving any specific career outcome.
  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate (hallucinations). You are obligated to carefully verify and review any AI-generated text before using it in your final document.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Administrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including missed job opportunities) resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
